Privacy policy

ReadyBook provides online booking pages for small businesses. This policy explains what we collect when you book an appointment or use ReadyBook as a business, and how we handle it in line with Oman’s Personal Data Protection Law.

What we collect

• When you book: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, and, if you choose to give them, your email and notes.
• The booking itself: service, date, time, staff member and price.
• For business owners: business details, login email and a securely hashed password.
• Basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser) kept by our hosting provider to keep the service secure.

How we use it

• To create your booking and share it with the business you booked, so they can confirm and provide the service.
• To let the business contact you about that booking, for example on WhatsApp.
• To run, secure and improve ReadyBook. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

The business you book with can see your booking details in their dashboard. Our service providers (hosting, database and email delivery) process data on our behalf only to run the service.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records while the business uses ReadyBook, so they can see appointment history. A business can ask us to delete its data at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Contact the business you booked with, or us directly. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

Booking pages do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Business owners get one secure cookie to stay signed in. The demo pages store sample data in your own browser only.
