These terms apply to anyone who books through a ReadyBook page and to businesses that use ReadyBook.
For customers
- A booking made online is a request to the business. The business confirms it, usually on WhatsApp.
- Prices, services, cancellations and payment are set by the business, not by ReadyBook.
- Please give accurate contact details, so the business can reach you.
For businesses
- ReadyBook provides your booking page, dashboard, hosting and updates for the plan you paid for.
- You are responsible for your services, prices, staff and how you treat your customers’ data.
- Keep your login private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
- Founding plan: 100 OMR per year, paid in advance, with a full refund if you cancel within the first 30 days.
- We aim for the service to be available at all times, but cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted.
Fair use
Don’t use ReadyBook for unlawful services, spam, or to collect data you are not allowed to collect. We may suspend pages that do.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change affects paying businesses, we’ll tell them in advance.
